§1. General provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and conditions governing the provision of services by Łukasz Murakowski Windows, Doors, Gates, Roller Shutters Kochanowo, operating as a sole trader.

1.3 The Service Provider is obliged to provide services in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the applicable provisions of Polish law.
1.4 The Terms and Conditions are available on the Service Provider’s website and at the company’s registered office.
§2. Scope of services provided
2.1 The Service Provider provides the following services:
- Sales of building joinery, including PVC and aluminium windows from the brand WIKĘD
- WIKĘD external doors for sale
- Sales and installation of Beditom garage doors
- Sales and installation of Portos external roller shutters
- Providing free product quotations
- Professional installation of materials at the customer’s premises
- Post-warranty and maintenance services
2.2 Services are provided within the Tri-City area and the surrounding region, subject to the Service Provider’s logistical capabilities.
2.3 The scope and details of the services may be set out in the contract, quotation or order confirmation.
§3. Conclusion of the contract and placing an order
3.1 The contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the Client (a natural or legal person ordering services) on the basis of the order placed and acceptance of the provisions of this Regulations.
3.2 An order may be placed:

3.3 The Service Provider confirms receipt of the order in writing (by email or traditional mail) within 2 working days of its submission.
3.4 The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Service Provider.
3.5 Quotations for products and services are provided free of charge and remain binding for a period of 14 days from the date of issue, unless a different period is specified in the quotation.
§4. Order fulfilment and installation
4.1 The delivery date is agreed on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the Customer upon confirmation of the order. The delivery period is calculated from the date the contract is concluded.
4.2 The Service Provider shall use its best endeavours to fulfil the order within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control shall not constitute grounds for the imposition of contractual penalties.
4.3 The installation of materials is carried out by the Service Provider’s authorised, qualified installation team or by technical partners.
4.4 The customer is obliged to:
- Ensuring access to the premises on the agreed date and time of installation
- Preparing the workstation (securing property, removing obstacles)
- Signing the service acceptance certificate upon completion of the installation work
- Familiarising yourself with the product user guide
4.5 If the Customer is not available at the agreed installation time, the Service Provider may incur additional travel costs, which will be charged to the Customer.
§5. Terms of payment
5.1 The total price of the service is stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
5.2 The price includes:
- Delivery of materials to the Tri-City area and the surrounding region
- Installation work (if ordered)
- VAT – in accordance with the applicable tax rates
5.3 The customer is obliged to pay:
- A 50 per cent deposit upon signing the contract, before work begins
- 50% of the outstanding balance before collection of the order or within 7 days of the invoice date, as agreed
5.4 Payment shall be made to the Service Provider’s bank account, as specified on the invoice or order confirmation.
5.5 Should payment not be made by the agreed deadline, the Service Provider shall be entitled to:
- Suspend the fulfilment or delivery of the order
- Charge statutory interest for late payment
- Terminate the contract subject to a 7-day notice period
5.6 Any change to the price of products resulting from changes in the cost of materials or transport must be agreed in writing with the Customer before the service is provided.
§6. Complaints and warranty
6.1 All products supplied by the Service Provider (windows, doors, gates, roller shutters) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
6.2 The warranty covers:
- Damage resulting from material defects
- Damage resulting from manufacturing faults
- Malfunction of mechanical components during the warranty period
6.3 The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from improper use or neglect of maintenance
- Damage caused by force majeure, accidents or natural disasters
- Changes in colour or displacement caused by weather conditions
- Damage resulting from incomplete installation or incorrect installation work
6.4 The warranty period is 24 months from the date of installation, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
6.5 A complaint regarding a product defect must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the defect being identified.
6.6 The complaint should include the following:
- Description of the defect and the circumstances in which it was identified
- Serial number or other product identification details
- Attaching photographs documenting the fault
- Customer contact details
6.7 The Service Provider shall respond to a complaint within 14 working days. If the complaint is upheld, the Service Provider shall replace or repair the product free of charge.
6.8 Repairs and replacements shall be carried out by the Service Provider or the manufacturer of the materials.
6.9 The warranty is valid only if all the conditions of use and maintenance specified in the manufacturer’s instructions are met.
§7. Liability of the parties
7.1 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any personal injury or damage to the property of the Customer or third parties if such injury or damage was caused by the improper use of the products contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
7.2 The service provider is responsible for ensuring that installation work is carried out correctly in accordance with industry standards and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
7.3 The customer is responsible for:
- Providing the correct dimensions and technical specifications of the building
- Ensuring safety on site during installation
- Provision of access to electricity, water and other utilities, where required for installation
- Compliance with the terms of use set out in the manufacturer’s instructions
7.4 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any losses arising from interruptions in the fulfilment of an order caused by force majeure, weather conditions, an epidemic, decisions by administrative authorities or other circumstances beyond its control.
7.5 The Service Provider’s maximum liability for damages shall not exceed the value of the contract concluded with the Customer.
§8. Protection of personal data
8.1 The Service Provider processes the Customer’s personal data (first name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, identification details) solely for the purposes of fulfilling the contract, providing post-warranty and after-sales service, sending information about promotions (with the Customer’s consent) and financial settlement.
8.2 Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract and for the limitation period for claims arising from the contract.
8.3 The Client has the right to access, correct, delete their personal data and the right to withdraw consent for data processing. Requests should be sent to the e-mail address: [email protected]
8.4 Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except where required by law.
8.5 The service provider ensures the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures.
§9. Amendments to the Rules and Regulations
9.1 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 The amendments shall come into force on the date of their publication on the Service Provider’s website and at the company’s registered office.
9.3 Contracts concluded before the amendments come into force remain unaffected by them, unless the amendment relates to security, data protection or legal requirements.
9.4 The Service Provider shall notify the Customer of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions by email or by sending a letter to the address specified in the contract.
§10. Final provisions
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 1 January 2026.
10.2 Any disputes arising from the performance of contracts concluded under these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office, which are
