We offer two product ranges. ST40 is a steel structure designed for industrial halls, workshops, warehouse facilities and entrances to multi-bay garages. ALUDOOR is an aluminium door with glazing — it is ideal where natural light inside the building and the appearance of the façade from the street are important, which in Sopot’s commercial buildings is often just as important as the function itself.

We can produce dimensions up to 8000 × 6000 mm, so we cater for both single-vehicle access points and wide transport openings. There are five guide systems available: STL, LHR, VL, HL-INC and HLo — we select them based on the actual lintel height and room height; in basements and converted utility areas, this is usually the deciding factor. Every door bears the CE mark and comes with a full safety package in accordance with EN standards.

In the coastal strip where corrosive exposure reaches class C5-M, we separately establish the coating of the cladding and the execution of the fittings and fastening elements.

Replacement and installation of gates in Sopot’s seaside developments

Sopot is only 0.6 km from the shoreline, which means constant exposure to salt aerosol — broadly speaking class C5-M per ISO 12944. In practice, this shows itself in garage doors that are replaced after a dozen or so years: springs fail first, then rollers, guides and small fastening elements, and only then the cladding. That is why when replacing doors we look not only at the panel, but primarily at the fittings and corrosion protection of the structure.

The second local factor is the building structure itself. Entrances to underground car parks beneath multi-family blocks, service areas of commercial premises and small technical rooms rarely have any spare space above the opening. Hence the importance of VL, HLo or HL-INC — as they allow access where a standard layout would not fit.

The third issue is logistics: we plan for narrow access routes and seasonal traffic congestion in advance, so that we can complete both the dismantling and reassembly in a single visit.

What is the process for installing industrial gates in Sopot?

We work in a fixed sequence so that nothing goes wrong only when the guides are being bolted together:

• Measurement — we travel to the site from Kochanów in the municipality of Luzino, a distance of approximately 43 km. We measure the opening, the lintel and the sides, and check the power supply, the supporting structure and the route for bringing in the components.
• Order — once the scope has been approved, we determine the profile, colour, security package, guidance system and the design of the fittings to suit coastal conditions, after which the gate goes into production.
• Installation — dismantling the old structure, fitting the frame and guides, installing the panelling, springs and drive mechanism, and connecting the automatic control system and safety components.
• Handover — balance adjustment, safety tests, operational training and handover of documentation bearing the CE mark.

We schedule the installation so that access and unloading in a densely built environment do not disrupt the operation of the premises.
